I don't think it was the Chinese, but more likely a republican trying to change the subject.
I don't think it was the Chinese,it was a republican trying a radically new tactic to change the subject. "Hey look over there! The Chinese are spamming, the Chinese are spamming!"
Well, I guess there's no telling, but I ran one through google translate and got this:Hope that night the wind and rain are the Xiaoxia Pft. I clicked the link, and there wasn't malware at least. It was to a "meet singles now" chat site.
